my suprise finding today! had a great day without the kids and got to go shopping with my mom. can't wait to turn these into pillow covers. and if i find more i will make a valance for the living room. oh, the possibilities...

i love saturday. lazy morning. kev got groceries. naomi helped me cut fabric. the boys tortured each other outside. i am feeling creative today.

day 8

i had the best morning hanging out with my marlee girl. we organized my fabric in the craft room, shared an omelet, put pictures in her own picture book, went through everyones names who love her, and read books. we then got a call from school that naomi needed lunch. we made a pizza and went to the school and had lunch with max and naomi. marlee didn't like leaving though. the whole way home she was crying and saying noo-noo-noo-noo(that is how she says naomi) and mamamamama. we got home fed her a bottle and she took a nap. it was just the most pleasant day i have had with the sweetheart in a while.

my best shot at getting the twins together. naomi doesn't like getting close with max but max loves to make her-especially for a photo.

monsters inc. is the movie of choice from my marlee girl lately. she walks around with the case pointing to the little girls shadow and says "boo-girl." it is so darned cute. this afternoon she started crying before the movie even started because she doesn't like scary monsters so i had to get her laughing. all we have to do is say "monsters" in a low voice and she will shake her head or cry. i am not sure if she is so scared why she still wants to keep watching it? who knows...
